Bond Skincare — Return & Satisfaction Policy
Our Promise
Every Bond product is made by hand in small batches in Newburyport, Massachusetts. We use only pure, honest ingredients — no fillers, no synthetics, no water. Because of the nature of handmade skincare, we have a simple, fair policy that protects both you and the integrity of what we make.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened items. This is standard practice in the skincare industry and exists to protect the health and safety of all of our customers.
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jen@bondskincare.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every product we make. If you try a Bond product and are genuinely unhappy with it, reach out to us directly. We are a small, founder-run brand and we read every message personally. We will always do our best to find a solution — whether that's a replacement, a credit, or a recommendation for a better fit.
Skin Reactions
We use pure, whole ingredients with no synthetic additives. However, everyone's skin is different. If you experience irritation, discontinue use immediately and contact us. We recommend a patch test before full use — apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist and wait 24 hours.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Bond Skincare is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. International buyers (including UK) are responsible for customs duties and delays.
