Processing Time

All Bond products are made in small batches by hand in Newburyport, Massachusetts. Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

During high-volume periods (farmers markets, holiday season, product launches), processing may take up to 7 business days. We will communicate any delays via email.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship via USPS and UPS depending on package size and destination.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days

All domestic orders include tracking.


International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to select countries including the United Kingdom, Canada, and the European Union.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Important for international customers: Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost. These charges vary by country and are outside of our control. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

Bond Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Local Pickup — Newburyport, MA

If you are local to the Newburyport, Massachusetts area, free local pickup is available by appointment. Select Local Pickup at checkout and we will reach out to arrange a time.


Packaging

We ship Bond products in minimal, recyclable packaging. We believe what goes around your product should be as honest as what's inside it — no excess plastic, no unnecessary filler.

Glass bottles and jars are wrapped carefully to prevent breakage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us within 7 days at jen@bondskincare.com.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through USPS.com or UPS.com. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of your order, please reach out to us.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Bond Skincare is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  1. Check with neighbors and building management
  2. Contact your local post office with your tracking number
  3. File a claim with the carrier directly

If your package is lost in transit (never marked as delivered), please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
